Louis has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry where he has held positions in engineering, planning, marketing and strategy. He is also a credentialed Project Management Professional.

Louis graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of California, Davis in 2008, with an emphasis on Marketing, Strategy, Finance, and Entrepreneurship.

Besides his love for technology, Louis has a passion for service and servant leadership, motivated first through service to his lovely wife and three boys.

He and his wife, Amy, have led small groups on Parenting as well as Biblical Stewardship, and he still volunteers in the church nursery on occasion.

​

Louis is Co-founder of UNLEASH, through which he leads a team of MBA Graduates who do business consulting in the Sacramento Area. He and his team have provided consulting services and written business plans to enable non-profits to launch several successful social enterprises.

He is a graduate of the Leadership Sacramento Class of 2013 which raised over $125,000 of cash donations and received the same in in-kind donations to rebrand the Boys and Girls Club of Sacramento, changing it into a Teen Center.

Louis is also Founder of Camelot Network, a network of servant leaders committed and accountable to mentor, coach, and otherwise lead others to achieve authentic success in all areas of their life. Through Camelot Network, he is able to develop servant leaders and to enable them to serve others in developing a lasting legacy, impacting the lives of people around the world.

Most recently, Louis, along with 25 other men, co-authored AHA Moments! to offer words of wisdom from a wide variety of perspectives to young men aspiring to become servant leaders, encouraging them to make a significant contribution to society and to leave a lasting legacy for others to follow because of their example.
